    Several laboratories have been established at Ohio State to support the development of solid-state sensors. These facilities and accompanying capabilities, along with those in the Center for Industrial Sensors and Measurements (CISM), include: Thick-film and thin-film fabrication devices Electronic nose along with artificial intelligence and neural-net software A wide range of electrical measuring equipment A complete sensor measurement and testing facility with the capability for controlled gas flow and mixing systems Computer-controlled data acquisition and analyses
